Oral Presenter Information

  • There will be several kinds of lectures: Invited (Plenary and Keynote), Contributed and Junior (given by Ph.D. candidates and postdoctoral fellows) lectures. Time slots will be specified in final program.
  • 1/3 of the presentation time is reserved for questions.
  • Please plan to use the computer at the podium (a Windows computer running PowerPoint) and use a 16:9 resolution for your slides.
  • There will be breaks before each session, so please arrive in your meeting room on time to check that your presentation is working. You will have a presenter with a laser pointer at your disposal.

Poster Presenter Information

  • The preferred poster size is A0 (portrait). Nevertheless, the maximum poster size is 100 x 120 cm vertical (portrait) orientation. The poster does not necessarily have to fill the entire board area.
  • The boards and pushpins to mount the poster will be provided.
  • Posters will be assigned a number that will be attached to the board; authors should mount their posters only on the assigned board.
  • Posters are to be displayed during the whole meeting.
  • Poster prensenters are asked to be available during the poster session according to the conference program.
  • Presenters of a poster with an even number should be at their poster during the poster session on Monday; presenters of posters with an odd number should be at their poster during the poster session on Tuesday.
